By using Gehalfe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
Gehalfe provides an AI-powered chatbot SaaS platform for WooCommerce and Shopify stores. We offer product search, order tracking, cart recovery, and customer chat features.
You may not use Gehalfe to:
AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Gehalfe is not liable for incorrect product information, prices, or availability displayed by the chatbot. You are responsible for keeping your product catalog up to date and for any customer disputes arising from AI responses.
You are responsible for the security of your WooCommerce/Shopify API credentials. Gehalfe encrypts all credentials at rest. Do not share your dashboard login with unauthorized users. Report any suspected compromise immediately to security@gehalfe.com.
We target 99% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Pinecone, Meta APIs).
Gehalfe's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost profits, revenue loss, or indirect damages arising from service use or interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, non-payment, or abuse. You may cancel anytime from the billing page. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in Lahore, Pakistan courts. EU users also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
